Sem mostrar-se, sem se fazer ouvir, Jesus ensina-me em segredo, não é por meio dos livros, pois não entendo o que leio, às vezes, porém, uma palavra como esta que destaquei no final da oração (após ter ficado no silêncio-e na aridez) vem consolar-me:

Entendo tão bem que só o amor possa nos tornar agradáveis a Deus, que fiz dele o único objeto dos meus desejos. Jesus sente prazer em mostrar-me o único caminho que leva para essa fornalha divina, e esse caminho é a entrega da criancinha que adormece sem receio no colo do pai…

I woke up I don't know when until today, and I felt comfortable asking for my father's presence to talk. I wanted to prepare with him a way to ease the scares at home and always with the fixed idea on the Christmas trip. It was when my grandmother Maria and another lady, whom she named D.
